What You Need To Get Started

  • Branding Files

    Your logos in vector files format like .AI, .PSD, .EPS, .SVG or .PDF.

  • Designs

    Tech packs or if you don't have them, at least 2 high-resolution reference images in different views or sketches.

  • Artwork Files

    Files for print, embroidery, accessories and packaging must be in vector file format with dimensions stated.

What’s the MOQ (minimum order quantity) to order？

Our minimum order quantity is 75 pieces for 1 color, and 50 pieces if 2+ colorways.

How much money do I need to start my project?

While final costs depend on design and quantities, a minimum investment of approximately 1,500€ is typically required to begin production.

What are the lead times?

Sample Lead Time: 4-6 weeks.
Bulk Production Lead Time: 4-6 weeks.

Do you develop custom fits made for our brand?

Yes, we specialize in developing fully custom fits based on your brand’s specifications. Whether you're aiming for a unique silhouette or want to replicate the structure of a proven style, we handle everything from prototyping to final production with precision.

The Whole Process

Upon receiving the inquiry you submitted, we will initiate a discussion regarding your customization needs and provide you with an order form for the submission of your designs. Please click to contact us.

Quotation

Based on the information you provide, we will offer an estimated price for your project.

To proceed with the project, we will require you to pay a sample fee after accepting our initial quotation.

Tech Pack Development

Upon receiving the sample fee, we will work closely with you to finalize all production details and develop your tech pack.

The tech pack will contain technical information, details, and instructions.

Creation of Samples

The exact sample production time varies based on the quantity and complexity of the product.

Bulk Production

After your approval of the sample and satisfaction, we will proceed with bulk production upon receiving the deposit.

Quality Inspection and Control

After the completion of bulk production, our quality control team will conduct a thorough inspection of the products to ensure they meet our quality standards.

Once the quality check is finalized, we will notify you of the actual shipment quantity and proceed to confirm the specific logistics arrangements.

Packaging and Transportation

The finished goods will be individually packaged according to your requirements.

Upon receiving the final payment for the bulk order and the shipping cost, we will coordinate with the logistics company to dispatch the goods to your destination.
